Brandi passante was famous when she was featured on A&E's "Storage wars' reality show that starred Jarrod Schulz. Both of them gained mainstream recognition through the show. Storage lockers, which are rented out to tenants who aren't paying rent for the last three months, are auctioned off during this show. Brandi and Jarrod, who own and manage the "Now and Then' thrift store in Orange, California, participated on the show with the hope of purchasing storage units at a bargain price. Little did they know that the show was going to make reality stars out of their store! Through the series the couple showed themselves to be very tactful bidders, and were subsequently the main characters of the reality show. Their success in the show's reality competition led them to grow their operations. They also opened a second store in addition to one that they had already run.
